A: Leiberts is a family owned appliance retailer based in White Plains, N.Y.  For over 55 years, Leiberts has excedded it's customers needs with it's experienced staff and a prompt, friendly attitude. We are an authorized dealer for everything we sell, and offer toll-free product help before and after any sale. We are able to keep many of our products in stock or have them available quickly, to expedite your purchase and make your purchase as easy as possible.



A: As we expand this site we will continue to make more product available to you online. If you do not see an item, you can call at anytime for a price quote for item sold by our manufacturers. A: Yes, we will continue to grow and expand our product database as new items come out. In order to provide you with the best possible experience, we continue to work with new and existing manufacturers to ensure you get the best selection of goods that we are authorized to sell. A: Leiberts only ships appliances within the United States. Please call or email us with any questions.

 



A: Our system will normally calculate shipping at the time of checkout. We currently charge a flat rate of $75 for all appliance orders. There may be periodic specials available through our site that may offer free shipping as well. Please see our shipping policy below.



A: As a large retailer, we are required to collect sales tax within New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. We are not required to collect for any other states. Please see out Sales Tax policy for further information.


 
A: We go above and beyond to offer the very best pricing and service to every customer. If however you do find a price that is lower within 30 days of purchase please call us at 888-534-4572 or email us the following information.

Our customer service department will not search through websites,for an item, so please provide the exact URL reference (for the page containing the item).  Please allow 24 hours for us to respond.



A:  For in-stock items, your card is charged when your order is completed in our cart. We will contact you regarding back orders within 24 Hours time



A:  Yes, Leiberts is an Authorized dealer for every brand we sell. Buying from an authorized dealer means that all warrantys will be honored in full. All products sold by Leiberts are brand new items unless otherwise noted.

 


 

A:  If you cancel within 24 Hours of an order you will be refunded 100% or the purchase price plus and shipping. If you are after 24 hours please call the store to cancel and order because restocking charges may apply if we have already received your item. If you have already received an item, and it does not meet your needs please call our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving the item. All shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Before deciding on the model that you will purchase, carefully measure the area in which your appliance will be placed. If you need assistance, please call us at 888-534-4572 to speak to an appliance specialist. You must also be aware of any Voltage requirements for the product you are buying prior to purchase.  Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed can not be returned.
Return Notes and Policies

    * In the event of a return, you must contact customer service for a return authorization.
    * Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
    * After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims. All special orders and air conditioners cannot be cancelled. Leiberts  reserves the right to void this policy at any time
    * Leiberts reserves the right to refuse all returns.
    * All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any shipping fees to and from our warehouse.
    * Returned products will NOT be accepted if they are not in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
    * Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable.
    * We do not accept returns on air conditioners and specially ordered products due to customer error. Please be sure to read all specifications regarding merchandise before purchase and call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

Customer agrees to the terms published when they place a completed order with our company. Customer authorizes their credit card company abide by these terms.  Leiberts reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime
