Major Appliances & Oversized Items
All of our appliances and large TVs are delivered through our affiliated national shippers. You may select Standard or White Glove Delivery for these items.Please
be aware that although some companies may offer low cost or free
shipping through bulk carriers like UPS, DHL or FEDEX we do not do this
with most appliances. We use specialized freight carriers who are very
experienced with Appliance Deliveries.
Standard Delivery
Only $75 per order for Standard Delivery no matter how many appliances you order.
Major appliances will be delivered to the first dry area inside of your home only. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. Please be aware that although some companies may offer low cost or free shipping through bulk carriers like UPS, DHL or FEDEX we do not do this with most appliances. We use specialized freight carriers who are very experienced with Appliance Deliveries.
In-Home White Glove Delivery
Only $125.00 per order more than Standard Delivery no matter how many appliances you order.
As part of this service major appliances will be brought into your home, unpacked, and placed where you like. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. Certain restrictions apply
Small Appliances, Electronics and Accessories
Most of our smaller items are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. (Standard Delivery)
Small Appliances/Small Electronics - Countertop microwaves, cooktops excluding downdraft cooktops, home theater systems $39 Per Order or less. Please call showroom for additional information and pricing on these items. At this time any of these items will not display in the cart at the UPS price. Please call the store to have this arranged before or after your purchase.
Back Order Merchandise
Most appliances we show on the site are available within our immediate region and are defined as In Stock. In the event that the unit is backordered and will lengthen your delivery time, we will do our best to notify you before placing an order. However if you place an order for one of these items we will notify you within 48 Hours of it's status for your convinience. We are not responsible for any items marked in stock that are back ordered. We will do our best to expedite your order, however, availabilty is at the discretion of the Manufacturer.
Special Order Merchandise
Some items on our site are classified as Special Order. Ideally these will be clearly marked on our site however we are not responsible for orders placed on special order merchandise that is not marked as such. We will notify you within 48 hours of the status of your order and a more precise time frame for your special order. Please also note that Special order items are subject to a specific return policy, which can be found via the Returns link at the bottom of every page.

Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. Extremely remote locations may take an extra week. Major & professional appliance in-home white glove delivery will be made to accessible rooms, up to 1 flight of stairs. Small items like cooktops and microwaves are shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS and arrive within 2 to 3 weeks).
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii
We can ship smaller items to Alaska and Hawaii. Contact us for more information on shipping rates.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION DETAILS

In order to ensure a smooth delivery and installation we have some information that might be helpful as to what is involved when installing some of your new appliances. Please read the following information for the items that may eed further special hook up:

REFRIGERATORS
Refrigerators that come with automatic icemakers or water dispensers need to have the water lines hooked up. To have the lines installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store and install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

ELECTRIC RANGES AND DRYERS
Since wall sockets vary from home to home, and region to region, electric ranges and dryers are built and shipped without an attached electric cord. You can check the electrical outlet type in your home, and purchase the appropriate cord from local appliance or hardware stores. Otherwise, you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

GAS RANGES AND DRYERS
Gas appliances are shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not part of the delivery. You can find the required flexible gas line at your local hardware store or call us to have it added to your purchase for a small fee.You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost. If the installation is more complex than simply attaching to an existing connection we strongly recommend consulting a qualified plumber prior to delivery.

WASHING MACHINES
Water hoses are included with most Washing Machines and can be installed with minimal difficulty. If your purchasing a Whirlpool,Maytag or Amana branded machine it may not include the required hoses. If so you can find these at your local hardware store or call us to have them added to your purchase for a small fee. You can also arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

DISHWASHERS
Installation is not part of the delivery. To have the unit installed, you can either purchase the required components at a hardware store and install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

BUILT-IN APPLIANCES
Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance service or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we’d recommend you check with a couple of companies and compare their prices and services. These installation are much more complex than a freestanding appliance so please be sure to find a qualified installer.
